1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients of Swastik Jewels, a fine jewellery house founded in 1997 and registered at Plot No. 8A, Gajmukta, 1st Floor, Pushpa Path, Uniara Garden, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, India.

2. About Our Products

Swastik Jewels specialises in handcrafted fine jewellery — including necklaces, rings, earrings, bangles, and custom heirloom pieces — made using ethically sourced precious metals and gemstones. All products displayed on this website are for informational and showcasing purposes.

• Product images are representative. Actual pieces may vary slightly in colour, texture, and dimensions due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
• Gemstone weights, metal purity, and pricing are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.
• All pieces are crafted in our Jaipur workshop by master artisans and are subject to availability.
• Custom orders are accepted subject to design consultation and agreement on specifications, timeline, and pricing.

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are confirmed only upon explicit written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment as agreed with our team.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice based on fluctuations in gold rates, gemstone availability, and craftsmanship requirements.

• Quoted prices are valid only at the time of quotation and are subject to final confirmation.
• Custom orders may require an advance deposit of up to 50% of the agreed price before commencement of work.
• Final balance is payable upon completion and before delivery or collection of the piece.
• All applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the final invoice as per Indian law.

5. Authenticity & Quality

Swastik Jewels is committed to delivering pieces of uncompromising quality. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of every piece we create.

• All gold jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) guidelines where applicable.
• Diamonds and precious gemstones are sourced ethically and verified for quality prior to use.
• Certificates of authenticity may be provided for significant pieces upon request.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that do not align with our design philosophy or ethical standards.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Given the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our jewellery, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and handle each situation with care:

• Manufacturing Defects — if a piece has a demonstrable defect due to craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom Orders — custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
• Exchanges — exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your piece.
• Sizing Adjustments — we offer complimentary ring sizing adjustments within 30 days of purchase where structurally feasible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, jewellery photographs, artisan images, design concepts, the Swastik Jewels logo, and the brand name — is the exclusive property of Swastik Jewels and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission from Swastik Jewels.
• Personal, non-commercial sharing of content (e.g., sharing a product photo on social media with attribution) is permitted.
• Our jewellery designs are original works of art and may not be replicated or used as references for competing products.
